Nature of Business
TEHC International began as Toh Eng Hock Construction in the 1970s and was founded by Mr. Toh Eng Hock as a landscape sub-contractor providing horticultural services. Over time, our clients grew to trust and value our philosophy of dependability, reliability and commitment to quality.
As our company grew in stature, so too did our clients. To cater to their increasing needs, we gradually expanded our services from basic horticulture to include more advanced landscaping solutions, beginning with arboriculture in the 1980’s and growing to include other services such as golf course design, construction and renovation during the 1990’s.
We carry out our work according to the most exacting of standards and we do our part to ensure that all TEHC International projects comply with applicable legal and other requirements particularly in the areas of quality, environmental and safety. There can be no compromises of any kind in our work ethic.
Today, TEHC International is managed by Mr. Dick Toh, eldest son of the founder. Under his dynamic and farsighted leadership, we continue to grow from strength to strength by providing our clients and business partners with ever higher levels of commitment, service and excellence.
